Fellowships presented 2004-2013

Outstanding industry achievement honoured

From the occasion of the very first Scottish Hotel Awards in 2004 the Judges have selected one individual to be recognised with the Awards’ highest individual honour, The Fellowship.

At the Awards Night event this senior award is presented immediately before the top Scottish Hotel of the Year title announcement and is normally made by a Scottish Government Minister* or other appropriately distinguished guest. (*Apart from during election campaigns.)

Nominations for the distinction come from throughout the industry, throughout the year, and our team bases the final decision on careful consideration of a wide range of facts – and takes into account good timing.

Each of the following Fellows has demonstrated superb leadership and passion in their career and this to the Greater Good of the whole hospitality industry in Scotland.

Fellows, we salute you.

The Fellowship 2013 was presented to Mr Stewart Lorimer of Hilton

The Fellowship 2012 was presented to Mr Norbert Lieder of ICMI
